Shipping Options
Be Cool Clothing, LLC ships USPS ground.
We are currently unable to ship to PO or APO boxes. We intend to increase such options in the future.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping can be estimated before the final check out page on our website. After you place all of the items you wish to purchase into your cart, proceed to the check out. A shipping estimator considers the amount of goods and weight you have in your cart. At the final check out, freight costs will be finalized based on the destination zip code.
Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive you will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Back Orders
All items shown on the website are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable.
At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.
Returns and Exchanges
Your online shopping at BeCoolClothing.com is risk free. We understand that since you cannot touch and feel products when shopping online, you want to be sure you will be fully pleased with your purchase.
To take the risk out of purchasing online, BeCoolClothing.com will be happy to pick up the tab for returns through the Postal Service for standard mail on any merchandise purchased through BeCoolClothing.com. We will also pick up any additional freight on any outbound exchange items originally purchased through BeCoolClothing.com. If the items were purchased through another retailer, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay freight to and from Be Cool Clothing, LLC.
Returns
All merchandise must be received by BeCoolClothing.com prior to receiving a credit. All shipped returns must have first been processed through our website.
For damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order will be credited if a credit is desired. For exchanges or credits on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit the original freight charges.
Please note, items returned for credit after 90 days will be issued a BeCoolClothing.com gift certificate.
Exchanges
All shipped returns must have first been processed through our website. Please log in to start the exchange process. All exchange merchandise will be processed by BeCoolClothing.com immediately. Replacement merchandise will be shipped and billed immediately. BeCoolClothing.com will credit the cost of the replacement merchandise once returned goods are received. The new outbound freight charges will be waived on the exchange.
Processing a Gift Return or Exchange
If you are exchanging an item you have received as a gift, you will need to e-mail customer service at customerservice@becoolclothing.com.
If you are returning an item you have received as a gift, we will send you a gift certificate with the same value as your returned item.
Back Orders on Exchanges
If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available, and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item. If an item is no longer available, we may issue a gift certificate of similar value for use on BeCoolClothing.com at a future date.
Warranty Information
Be Cool Clothing, LLC stands behind all of its products. We are happy to exchange or credit back any defective item at any time.
If your items are not defective but you need a credit or exchange, we are happy to do so within 90 days of the original ship date. We want to take all of the risk out of online ordering. If your items are not damages but just exchanges, the original freight charges will not be credited, but the newly incurred outbound freight will not be billed.
